From the first draw, the Zebras dominated the play at both ends of the field.  The attacking unit created numerous scoring opportunities and the defense held the visiting Spartans to just one goal in each half for the decisive win.  Nine different players scored, including a first career goal from freshman Caroline Silk.  Attacker Kat Barry was relentless in the ride, picking up five caused turnovers.  Shwing, Diana, Nat, Lily, and Sage anchored a tough "army" defense and the midfielders transitioned the ball seamlessly from the defensive to the offensive end.  C.Mills, Mary, and Emma picked up many loose balls and Hannah and Kat French snagged a few key draws to keep Middlesex in possession for most of the minutes.  Goalies Cece DeSimone and Caroline Fischer split time in the net, both picking up solid save percentages.
