The first half of the game was a back and forth affair as both teams tried to establish themselves offensively.  Going into the half, Middlesex held a slight edge, 17-16.  Coming out of the break, MX opening a six point lead.   Brooks whittled it away the rest of the half and took a late lead.  Fatigue hit the Middlesex starters and the Zebras seemed to run out of gas toward the end, as Brooks made some baskets and the Middlesex team failed to counter.  Junior Erika Ekhator was a standout for the team as she scored 13 pts and grabbed numerous rebounds. Middlesex looks to rebound with better execution against St. Marks next Wednesday.
