Driven to the utter extremes,
the Middlesex team was reduced to screams.
Losing week in and week out,
made the whole team want to pout.
But this Friday was not the same,
as the golfers began to find their game.
Amy Ding started strong,
as she was hitting the ball super long.
Patrick Milne started to have some fun,
and so he won by one.
Camden Blatchly played well,
and the crowd following him began to swell.
He was so focused he did not laugh,
and was able to pull off a half.
Another winner was Electra Washburn,
who patiently waited her turn.
Bad shots, she only had a few,
and so she was able to win by two.
Several close matches did not fall Middlesex's way,
but the team's resolve did not sway.
Happy with their match today,
the Middlesex players went away.
and had their feast at Subway
after a good round of matchplay.
