Zebras Shutdown by Knights

BB&N scored three runs each in the first and sixth innings and the Middlesex offense could not respond as the Zebras' dropped a 6-1 decision on Saturday.

Sophomore righthander Kai Long started for Middlesex and he settled down nicely after the tough first inning, allowing only one hit over his next four innings of work.

Max Novick led the Middlesex offense with two hits and Aaron Swenson drove in the lone run for a triple.

The team will look to rally on Wednesday as they face Brooks in North Andover, MA at 3:00pm.
