The Zebras traveled down the road to Lawrence Academy determined to play at a higher level after a crushing loss to Thayer on Saturday. 

Middlesex took control of the game immediately and worked out their nerves in the first seven minutes.  Although the Zebras couldn't find the back of the net, they maintained possession and quickly won the ball back when they turned it over.  Ro '14 opened the scoring gates at 17:22 and several unanswered goals followed.  The defensive unit led by Beeko '14 stymied the Spartans in the first half, adding to the 10-0 shut out by half time.  

In the second half, the Zebras slowed down the pace of the game and worked on good ball movement and clean defense.  KB '15 and Shwing '17 scored their first career goals and Little Cece '17 made a point blank first save to seal the win. 

Nine different players contributed to the scoring today and several players added stalwart defense to the unit.  Middlesex will look to continue the winning trend on Friday when they travel to Rivers at 4:45pm.
