The Zebras earned a terrific win against rival Groton in a thrilling 32-30 game.  The victory was particularly sweet as it was our last home game and the night where we honored our seniors Charlotte Silk and Tori Burke. 

The game was a nail-biter the entire way as neither team could pull away from the other.  Going into the final six minutes, the Zebras trailed by six. Freshman Ari Odom dropped two three pointers in a row to tie the game.  In the last minute, senior Captain Charlotte Silk scored on a rebound giving Middlesex the lead. The Zebras played tough team defense in the final minutes to hang onto the win. 

Sophomore Lexi Stankard played her best game of the season as she grabbed several rebounds and played solid defense. Junior point guard Kathryn Barry scored seven points and played terrific on-ball defense.

Overall. it was a hard-fought team victory.
