The boys' varsity hockey team picked up a big 6-1 win over Portsmouth Abbey on Wednesday, February 12 in Portsmouth, RI. The team now improves to 8-10-2 on the season.
Senior Captain Mike Menter scored the game winner for Middlesex while Charlie Owen and Ben Marchand contributed their first goals of the year to add to the campaign. Eric Shaw and Harrison Markell both contributed a goal and two assists to close out the scoring.
Tristan Collins backstopped the Middlesex defense with 15 saves on the afternoon.
The Zebras return to the ice on Friday, February 14 when they travel to South Hamilton, MA to take on Pingree Academy.
