It was a tough afternoon for Middlesex as they hosted a strong, composed and disciplined Governor's team. For eighty minutes, Middlesex struggled to gain control of the game and find their rhythm. Battling some injuries and fatigue, the Zebras were slow to win the 50/50 battles, connect on their passes or use their first touch productively. However, with their signature resilience and work ethic, Middlesex continued to play hard for the full ninety minutes and gave their best team effort. Middlesex has a strong team chemistry and share a team goal of improving each day. They will channel the lessons of this game forward against traditional rival, Groton School, in the battle of the Zebras at home on Friday, October 10^th at 2 PM.
