For the first time all season, the wrestling team had the full squad back and ready to compete. They defeated Chapel Hill Chauncey-Hall by a definitive 60 point margin which will undoubtedly give them the confidence to take on a strong Belmont Hill team on the 23rd. Both teams had to forfeit a few weight classes but it was ultimately Middlesex who would come out on top with nine pins.
First period pins by, Chase '13, Andrew '16, Thad '13, Jivan '16 and Gabe '16 were impressive.
While the freshman turned in equally as compelling performances when they set off to compete against upperclassmen from the hosting team.
Second period pins by Hunt '13, and Caleb '16, were a display of determination and execution of position as they both worked out of close scoring matches.
Jordan '14 would also pin his opponent with great speed and agility. With 22 seconds left in the match, he gained the advantage and pinned his opponent with moments to spare on the clock.
The final score of the afternoon was Middlesex 72, Chapel Hill Chauncey-Hall 12.
