Final Score Middlesex 45 Concord Academy 30
The JV matches were very impressive with wins in five separate matches.Fantastic showing by the squad!
The second match of the day was even closer. After explaining the forfeit scoring to several parents, the coaches noted that before forfeits, the score would have been tied 24-24. But, after the final tally of forfeits the St Seb's team pulled out the narrow victory 42-36.
The team wrestled extremely well with a few substitutions to the starting line-up due to illness. Outstanding wrestling from Tae Hwan 2014, Jordan P 2014, and Nathan C 2012. led the team in recording pins in all three matches. Finally, an outstanding performance from Alex F. 2012 at heavyweight showed the agility and talent that he has developed over the last year.
