Middlesex to Honor Coach Harrison on St. George's Day

After 32 years of dedicated service to the boys’ and girls’ Middlesex soccer programs, Paul Harrison will coach his final game on Saturday, November 12 versus St. George’s. Paul has been the head coach of the girls’ varsity soccer team for the past 18 years. Prior to coaching the girls, he was the head coach of the boys’ varsity squad.

During his 32 years as a coach at Middlesex, Paul took his athletes on pre- season trips all over the world to experience the best of what soccer has to offer. From Washington D.C. to Germany and China, Coach Harrison dedicated immeasurable hours of his time to ensure his players received the best opportunities to enhance their soccer skills. During his tenure as the girls’ head soccer coach, Paul led his team to seven NEPSAC tournament appearances, winning the Class B Championship in 1998 and 2000.

 Coach Harrison is well known on campus for his passion and commitment to the game of soccer. He deeply cares about each and every one of his athletes on and off the field. Saturday’s game marks the end of an incredible journey and career that will be remembered by the countless athletes that had the privilege of having Paul as their coach.
